Aerobics

Overview

The White Marsh Recreation Council offers two aerobics classes throughout the year. In-Shape Aerobics is an exciting program designed for individual fitness levels. The In-Step Aerobics is a low impact, high energy step aerobic class to increase endurance, firm muscles, improve circulation and burn calories. Have fun while you work towards your own level of fitness.

Registration

Registration for In-Shape Aerobics is four times a year held 15 minutes before the first class. The one-hour classes are held Monday and Wednesday from 7 - 8 pm.

In-Step Aerobics registration is four times a year held 15 minutes before the first class. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday from 7 - 8 pm.

Another option for aerobics is to mix and match classes to suit your schedule or interest. You may sign up for three or four classes each week at reduced rates.

Location of Classes

Classes for In-Shape Aerobics and In-Step Aerobics are held at Chapel Hill Elementary School, 5200 East Joppa Road, Perry Hall, MD.

Staff

White Marsh Aerobics is taught by Betty Lou Beck.

The co-chairpersons Carolyn Fisher and Debbie Parr administer the program, serving as the liaison with the recreation council, program director and participants.
