The Council also awards the Bryan Thomas Palmer Memorial Scholarship to qualified high school seniors. An application form is available at this site. The current winners are shown below.
Each summer several camps are held at the White Marsh Recreation sites.

Scholarship Winners
Congratulations to each year's winners of the Bryan Thomas Palmer Memorial Scholarship. All of the winners are active in WMRC programs and have volunteered numerous hours at the Council. WMRC congratulates the winners and thanks them and all the applicants for their continued support of our programs.
